Evaluation

GPN conducts its own in-depth evaluation of nominated organizations and programs. GPN’s preliminary evaluation includes document reviews and interviews with NPO management. An iterative process of GPN interviews, research and assessment is followed by collaborative reviews with NPO leadership. Learn more

Growth Planning and Preparation

GPN and outside strategic consultants facilitate development of a detailed growth plan and funder presentation materials. A program’s growth structure, speed of expansion, capacity building, selection process for new sites and financing model are all part of the growth plan. Learn more

Growth Capital Raising

A growth capital syndicate is assembled for each expansion initiative primarily through GPN’s network of contacts (foundations and individuals). National and local funders are approached whose interests align with an expansion program. GPN also works closely with NPOs to identify their historical supporters that are good candidates for expansion support.

Program Roll-out to Local Communities

GPN works with NPOs and community leaders to determine which communities are good candidates for new program sites i.e. where demand, need, and capital exist. GPN will help develop support for programs through its Regional Councils and other local relationships. Learn more
