GPN will follow a set of practices to enable a robust marketplace to thrive:
- Standard investor materials e.g. growth business plans and common term sheets
- Exchange information and connect funders to nonprofits through a shared communication infrastructure (to lower transaction costs and increase investor knowledge)
- Syndicate capital among marketplace funders to fund growth business plans
- Provide large, multi-year funding
- Provide capital for operations and infrastructure that support quality growth
- Implement rigorous reporting on results and impact achieved from funding
- Conduct donor education
- Share best practices
